Memorial Day

This Memorial Day I really wanted to go around to all the gravesites of our family members. Unfortunately, we weren't able to do it. They remain in a tender part of our hearts, and we miss them dearly.
We did make it to one gravesite.
I shed many tears. This year our little Jaxon would have turned 5. I wonder what he would have been like.
On occasion I day dream about him playing and teasing his sisters. I long for him to be a part of our family. However, I do know that this is God's will and I will get to raise him in the next life.

This picture is special to me. Trever came up with the name Morgan, after the little baby girl (who was also stillborn) that shares the plot with Jaxon. Something interesting that you may not have known is that Morgan's due date was the same date that Jaxon was stillborn. I was really nervous about it.My doctor was understanding and agreed to induce me 5 days early. It probably would've been cool if they had the same birthday, but it freaked me out a bit.

I also want to thank all our vetrans and those serving in our military. We will forever be grateful to you.

Always bitter sweet visiting the little guy in our family too. At least you have 2 cute little girls to keep you busy until you get to little Jaxon!

I was so touched by this post. I did not realize that about Morgan's due date nor did I know where you guys go her name. That is so touching.

P.S. the girls look so cute, I still can not believe that Morgan is already walking! So cute!!
