Time to Catch Up

Its been quite a while since I've posted anything, so here is my catch up moment. I hope you will be patient with me. I think I'll start with the most recent and go back...Oh I think to Easter or something.
Tonight...my sister and I were working on Trever's paper that is due by midnight tonight. Thanks to Analane we had it submited by about 10:00. YAY!!! Thats a huge relief. (Thanks to my mom too, for keeping Reagan busy so we could work on it.) Anyway, Reagan was in the bath tub and kept yelling at me to come play with her. After several minutes of this I finally said okay, but told her that she needed to use the magic word. Her response... "Abra-Cadabra." My sister and I both just cracked up laughing. Even in the most stressful of times she says something so stinking cute that I can't be upset at her. When I went into the bathroom she was about to yell it at me again. I had to remind her that the word I wanted to hear was please. Then she said please, but kept saying abra-cadabra since we were laughing at how cute it was.
Paige and Cody tied the knot last week. Everyone looked their best. The Ceremony was beautiful, minus a few distractions courtsy of the flower girls, and everything went well. It was so fun watching the girls throw the flowers as they walked down the isle. I kick myself because we left our camera home for the ceremony, but we did get a few cute pictures of them at the reception. Sorry they are mostly of Reagan....She looked so cute!

Reagan, Kadence and Cody's Neice (I think) peeking over the porch. Too Cute!!

The night was perfect, the food delicious, the company fantastic. Congratulations Cody and Paige! We love you both!!

I guess that brings us to Easter. Saturday morning two of my sisters, Analane and Janilyn, my niece, Aliya, Reagan and I all went to Provo City's egg hunt. Reagan was so excited. The girls had a fun time. We were a bit disappointed with the candy selection though. Reagan made off with mostly fireballs and Aliya made off with mostly rootbeer barrels. The girls did make out with some good stuff too. Free kids meal at Chili's, a gift card to Deseret Book, and a couple small stuffed animals. Poor Aliya was taken down by a little boy, and then he stole her stuffed animal. We were a bit discusted because the boys parents seemed to encourge his behavior. Reagan collecting her Loot

After the egg hunt Reagan was most interested in swinging. We were only there for about an hour, but it seemed so much longer than that. (I can't figure out how to rotate this picture, so just turn your head or something)
Then we started our trek through the shop hop. It was pretty fun. The kids get to go into participating business' along Center Street and University Ave, collecting treats, playing games while looking for the Easter Bunny. The Easter Bunny hides in one of the stores, when you get there the kids get their picture taken with him.

On the way back to the car, Reagan finally fell asleep. Notice her hand is still in the bag of Cheetos. She didn't want to give them up.

Later, we went to Grandma Lori's to color eggs, have another egg hunt, and to roll the colored eggs. The weather seemed to cooperate until we left to roll the eggs. Then it down poured. We took home some cold, soaked crying girls. They did have fun at first anyway.

Aliya was a bit camera shy, but Trever tracked her down and snaped a shot of her.
On Sunday, the Easter Bunny came while Reagan and I were at Church. (Trever worked the night before, this way he could be apart of it.)

Reagan showing off her new Easter dress.

Reagan discovering what the Easter Bunny left for her.

Reagan showing dad (Trever) her treasures.

Reagan and mom (me) reading one of her new books.

Well... I think that covers it, for now anyway. I'll try not to wait so long next time.

Glad you updated! How are you feeling? Any time now???

I LOVED the photo of the girls over the railing of the house. Put that in black and white and it's a classic.

Your photos are cute. Reagan is big and so smart!
